They did a excellent job. They kept me informed of everything they were going to do prior to doing it. They made helpful suggestions regarding what needed to be done immediately and what could wait for a little bit. The staff was very courteous. I am extremely pleased with the entire job. 5 Stars – Thank You, Pep Boys! On my way to work today, my car suddenly started making a loud noise. Concerned, I pulled over and saw something hanging underneath. Worried it might be serious, I immediately drove to Pep Boys to have it checked out. To my relief, the issue turned out to be minor—just a pin (or pins) that had come loose and was causing the cover to hang. The staff quickly took care of it, and to my surprise, I wasn’t charged for the fix. In a time when it’s rare to find businesses that show genuine care without immediately handing you a bill, I truly appreciated the honesty and kindness of the manager. Thank you, Pep Boys, for turning a stressful morning into a moment of gratitude! Thank you Travis and the servicemen of Pep Boys!

The two guys I dealt with was Xavier and I can't remember the other guys name but he was the manager. Very professional and honest, thanks fellas! I want to also give a shout out to Micky. I was buying a used SUV so I did the 120 point inspection on it. Xavier allow us to go in the back and speak to Micky who did my inspection. He was so knowledgeable and showed me everything he wrote up. I truly appreciated him taking the time to do that because buying a used SUV is an investment and people don't have money and time to loose out on it. Thank you Pep Boys for all you do. You have a new customer because I'll be back!

I had my vehicle inspected & was quoted on $110 at first but when I informed them that they came back & told me exactly what I already knew they bumped my price down to $60 which was STILL too much for an inspection for literally nothing. I was so upset but I had no choice but to pay.
