I’ve had multiple services done including power steering pump replacement, new tires, and alignment. Service was timely and efficient each time. I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or simply a new set of tires! (Get the road hazard insurance on the tires!!! It saved me money in the long run when I’ve had a nail in the tread)

Took my 2002 Silverado in for a little work. Kenny and Cabbage took very fiis care of me and my vehicle. After speaking to the mechanic who inspected my truck, who was extremely knowledgeable, I felt at ease. Asked if he could be the only mechanic to work on my truck while it was there and Kenny was very understanding and agreed. Nick worked on my truck for a week to get it fixed and his results were amazing. Truck drives like it's brand new. Pep Boys on Church has an amazing staff and crew. Would 100% recommend them.

So I’ve visited this location a lot and paid a lot of money for services. Saturday April 19, I came in for a tire for a Telluride, I showed him the exact tire and size. I was quoted over $400 out the door. Set an appointment just in case I could not find a viable alternative. Went to discount tire and found the exact tire for $150 cheaper. Out of respect, I called back to let them know I needed to cancel my appointment. I was then asked for the reason and explains that I found the exact tire for cheaper somewhere else. He said and I quote, “Well go take it to them then.” Then he hung up. I called back in and asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was the manager. You are disrespectful, and rude and I will be calling corporate on you and lodging a formal complaint. As long as he’s here, I will never give this location any of my business.

Had an appt at 8am- was greeted by Garrett as soon as I walked in. Him & Kenny were very friendly and got me taken care of. Had my rotors and brakes changed and the technician test drove my car to test their work which I appreciated. I will be back!

Appointment was for Tuesday at 10am. They call at 8 to reschedule do to the technician not being available. Reschedule for Wednesday at 9:30.dropped it off at 9:30 and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. 5 hours pass, I call to ask for an update. Kenny said that it should be ready by 6 pm. I call back at 6:45 because I haven’t heard anything. The guy said that the technician had to leave at 2 and wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. I said the reason why I had it scheduled for Tuesday is because I’m off Tuesday and Wednesday. The guy said there are still 7 people in front of me so I just went to get my car. I get to the shop at 6:52 and the doors are locked. He came to the door and gave me my Keys. He did apologize tho. So I guess that’s a good thing?
