If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in with a very minor issue — just a slight drop in air pressure in the rear right tire — and I’ve now been waiting for over THREE HOURS with no update, no progress, no communication whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable. There were barely any other customers here when I arrived, and somehow, my car is still sitting untouched. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, offering no explanation or even basic courtesy. If this is how they handle a simple tire check, I can’t imagine trusting them with anything more serious. A complete waste of time and patience. Take your car anywhere else — this place clearly doesn’t value your time, your business, or basic customer service.

Very unprofessional....need more training in customer service and tire/wheel insurance claims. The night before I caught a flat. Pep boys was closed so I purchased a used tire ($50) from a tire shop to save money on towing my car home and then to have it tow in the morning to Pep boys. I made it to this location only to get talked over when I was explaining what the insurance agent told me to do. 2 guys told me it's nothing they can do because I changed the tire myself when I was trying to inform them the insurance agent/company knew and told me to bring the flat tire to them to examine and file a claim. They refused and walked away to help other customer with a flat. I left and went to the Cicero, IL location which I should have went in the first place because they are always friendly, helpful and listen to customers. They took my SUV right in measure the tread on my tires (including the flat one) informed me the claim department is closed then gave me an appointment for Monday to come back and finish claim. This was my second visit to your location and will be my last. I over looked the error on the oil reminder sticker having the miles I came in with on it instead of the miles I need to go back for a oil change.

Went for oil change and they did not reset oil life meter, also did not fill oil level all the way and got no new sticker for when oil was changed. Also went in for opinion on a tire and explained what happened with it and was told that I needed all new tires even though I had just purchased them and have not even gone 15,000 miles yet on them. Furthermore was told that I would need a new tire on the one that lost air but went somewhere else and they filled it back up with air and put it back on my car. Tire works just fine and is holding its air so not sure if it was inspected. - Very disappointed and hope thing get better

Great service but bit I friendly atmosphere. I did not like that it took almost 3 hrs for an oil change instead of then one hour time needed, as I was told upon entering the shop by the check in Guy.

Terrible shop, if you need a simple tire replacement they are unable to do this as they can only replace all 4 of your tires… drove to the shop and was told they wouldn’t replace the single tire after I was told over the phone they could do it, and it blew out on my way home. If I could give this place - stars I would.
