They keep their promise, they tell you what time your vehicle is gonna be ready and they keep it that way they have good prices and man excellent customer service. They also knowledgeable and know what they’re talking about. Isaias was very helpful

Came into this store and no one was at the front desk. No one was at the front desk when I returned to pick up my car. I had to go find someone to assist me both times and when I did, they weren’t even paying attention to what I was saying and forgot to do the tires. Their computers aren’t working. Nd phones aren’t working. They promised to call me to let me know if my car will be staying overnight or not. No calls. Didn’t even call to let me know it was done. I keep calling and left messages. No answers. I had to drive there only to find out my car was finished the night before! I’ve been a long time customer of this pepboys but they just list me. The best manager they had was Don.

Came here to get my back light fixed. The front desk guy was just a moron and didn’t want to help me at all. I told him it’s the back left light. He goes do you know why it’s not working? I’m like dude, probably a fused bulb but that’s your job. Just terrible customer service and never coming back here.

I recently went to get an oil change on my car and honestly everybody there was very welcoming and kind. As a girl who isn't very familiar with cars, I felt anxious going in but I met Andy who kindly explained what was wrong with my car and not only that but he showed me himself the parts that needed to be replaced while also elaborating the importance/ functions of those parts. One thing I really appreciated was the way he advised me about things I needed to fix/replace rather than pressuring me to do them in that moment. They work fast and did an amazing job.The waiting area was also very clean and offered beverages. Strongly recommend this location, will definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service, Dennis M. Was the technician that helped me out was friendly and knowledgeable. They had 2 call offs, and were working at 200%. Good prices and great service.
