The guys was underwhelmed to assist me I asked for help with putting oil in my car. He kinda rolled his eyes i asked him if he needed a funnel he declined i asked him to check my oil level before just adding in the bottle he declined and just proceeded to act aggravated and just poured it in and walked off smh overall not a great experience but i won't revist that location so all good

Awful Store. Take the extra couple of minutes and go to the one on Riverside Avenue/210 instead. Management here is the worst, and the result is the employees are lazy and apathetic, mirroring the example and expectations of the management, specifically Gabriel. We have had three bad experiences with him in a row. Not worth the eight minutes we save by going to the closer store.

Called this store at 11pm to see if they can take my return because the othe store said they couldn't because they don't take returns after 10pm. I asked if i have my receipt do I need my card a paid with because I had left my wallet at home. The guy said I needed my card. So I went all the way back home grabbed my wallet and went i did the return the guy said oh you don't need anything it's going back to your card. I was like so I didn't need my card and he was like no. I said who did I just talk to 15 mins ago on the phone who said i needed it and made me waste more time going back to my house the opposite way. He said idk but yet him and one other guy wasthere so it was one of them...2 autozones in less than an hour ruined ne ever returning to autozone again.

jesse c. I ask him for a piece of my car he didn't even try to help me not even ask for what car or nothing. I ask for a supervisor and he said they was in lunch for another hour or maybe more. bad customer service
