Awesome service! I called ten places for oil change with my own oil and they charge skyrocketing prices. Pep Boys charges me the most reasonable price on the market with the job done the most meticulous way on my Miata. They are patient and professional, not only waited for the old oil drain to the last bit, but also free inspected my vehicle, WITHOUT charging any extra fees! The place is also grand and clean. What a nice experience for an oil change there! I wouldn’t ever have to change the oil myself to save some bucks with a service like this. Recommend to everyone who purchased the premium oil online and want to change it by professional mechanics afterwards!

I went in for an oil change. They said my brake light needed to be replaced. After replacing brake light they said it was actually the socket and I would need to come back a different day to fix socket because they didn’t have the part. I looked it up and Autozone had the part, so I decided to fix it myself. When I saw the old socket, it was physically damaged like someone had stepped on it or really mis handled it. The socket and light live in an extremely protected environment, so I would have had to be completely rear ended for it to break the way it did. I was suspicious they broke it on purpose to get me to come back and replace it. I won’t be coming back for an oil change.

I have been a customer of this Pep Boys location for over 10yrs. I noticed that the staff was completely new which was a nice surprise. The previous staff was not the best. But Michelle and Michael took their time and explained everything to me. They made me feel like a valued customer. The service I received today is a 10 out of 10. This team is the a winning team. They are awesome!!

Peter and his team were clear and thorough about what needed to happen with the repairs all along the process. I appreciated his kindness and pace with me so I could understand the nature of the situation/repairs without the stress! Chris was also helpful with the details of checking out. This interaction was 100% by phone. The car was towed to Pep Boys. In times when we feel it’s hard to trust new situations this was completely different.

Great service. There’s only a little detail about time management. My job it was supposed to start at 9 am o’clock but actually started after 9:40 which changed all my plans for that day. Work is great, guys are great, additional check is great. I highly recommend them.

I went in for a simple oil change, and their carelessness damaged my car. They left my engine cover unsecured, and while driving on the highway, it scraped against the road and bent out of shape. When I returned, they tried bending it back instead of replacing it, even though their mistake caused the damage. I contacted corporate customer service, was promised a follow-up from management, and never heard back—just ignored after multiple calls. If they can’t secure a simple cover, what else are they cutting corners on? Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. Take your car elsewhere.
