Alamar Tire Shop

Went there to fix a leak. Turned out there was multiple leaks so they suggested a used tire. I was reluctant to pay $70 for a used tire because everywhere else is cheaper. I was told it was gonna be $70 even paying with card. I saw the cashier put in $70 and charged my card, then come out find out from my card transaction that it was $78.88. These people are not honest people. No way a used tire is worth $80.

I found the folks there to not be accountable to the tires they sell. I was told I was getting a full set of used tires. Immediately when I drove away there was an issue with the front right. I brought it back and they said they fixed it and it only had two patches, come to find out a month later that there were multiple patches already in the tire. I continued to have issues with that one tire. When I brought it back they said. “That’s your problem.” Since then I have continued to have to patch the tire over and over and have to replace it before all the others. It cost me way more money and stress in the long run.

I came here to have my flat tire fixed. I chose this shop because they have a very good rating. The people working are friendly and accommodating but the outer lip of the rim of my car was dent and has big scratches. In addition, I requested my car to be inflated to 42 psi and said yes but wasn’t done. Need more improvement to earn better rating.

I had the tire symbol display on my dashboard so I looked up a place nearby and saw it had great reviews. I decided to call and ask hours and if I could come in same day and I spoke to someone that was responsive and very nice and I felt like it was legitimate. Once I arrived I confirmed what I thought and was greeted by the staff and he immediately took a look at my tires and found the issue and was so helpful in recommending service to address the issue. Also I didn’t wait to long and they took care of everything with courteous service and care. Pricing was good to get my tire patched as well so I’m so glad I have a dependable spot to come to if I ever have a tire issue. I highly recommend the shop to any others for all their tire needs.

Stopped by and got very good service. Was able to get 4 new tires in my budget. Owner and his wife very pleasant. Will refer my friends.

Came here a few times but the most recent visit makes me want to not come back. They gave me a used tire that leaked out all the air overnight. I come back today and they charge me for a plug. Sign in the front says ‘no guarantee on used tires’ or something like that. If you’re a tire shop the least you can do is make sure any used tires you sell are gonna hold air. On top of that after running errands I notice two of my wheel nuts missing and the third starting to loosen. Incredibly dangerous as my wheel could have come off on the highway. I would double check with your own tire iron when you get home that the wheel is on tight after going here

Not sure about their practice. Very courteous, still, follow them into the back. We came in to fix a flat, found two holes, one normal and one along the sidewalk-which is unfixable. We ended up having to buy a new tire for the car that was less than a year old. If anyone has similar experiences, please bring up to customer protection.
