Scheduled an oil change, was able to get an appt quickly within a couple days. Brought my own oil and filters in, they only charged $22 for the labor. Did a thorough overall inspection on everything else to make sure everything was good to go. Took about an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with Marlin up front and the mechanic Gerardo in the bay — both were knowledgeable and patient in explaining the various issues... The question that now remains is whether the parts installed are as good!

Currently waiting for my car to get worked on for 3 hours. The text said I was supposed to be done at 2pm. It's almost 4pm and I am looking at my car. I just needed an oil change. It's an empty room and still waiting. I have things to do. I have to pickup my young children. There's a reason why Pep Boys are closing and this one should've been the first. I recommend going somewhere else. Watch the response be the same one every bad review gets.

Made an appointment in advance, arrived 15-20 minutes before my appointment and checked in for just an oil change and rotation. About 1.5 hours went by so I went up to check on the status and was told they hadn’t even got my car into the garage left. I took time off of work to come and try to get these services done but had to stop and drive back unfortunately before getting it done. I understand things get busy etc, but having a more accurate appointment set up would resolve these things from happening.

Thank you for the fast service! My tire went flat and I made an appointment online for the next day, and they changed my tire! And I want to note that the employee called me and said that it was time to change the two front tires, I refused, but next time I will definitely come to you!
