Fix Auto Long Beach

Not only did they finish my car a week earlier than they originally estimated they also fully detailed my car and it looked absolutely brand new and beautiful when it was time to pick it up. Danny and Vincent are very nice gentleman and it was a pleasure being helped by them. My only gripe was having to go there just to have my car inspected and then have to come back again just to drop off; should really be doing that all same day.

I had the best customer service with Fix Auto. Every person I interacted with (phone and in person) treated me with kindness and respect and made getting my car fixed as stress-free as possible. I really appreciate how everyone spoke to me and how well they took care of my car. They were efficient and did an incredible job!! I would highly recommend Fox Auto!! I am so happy with the work done on my Toyota Highlander. It looks so very nice, all the nicks and dents, gone! I highly recommend using Fix Auto Long Beach and would gladly give them a great review. My Highlander is very happy too!!

I wish I could give more stars. I was very happy with the communication and updates on the progress of my repaired, and the repairs themselves. The only issue I had was my car was very dusty on the inside with paint flecks and dust from the shop all over the inside. I had to drive home with the windows down. As soon as I got home, I had to wipe out the whole thing.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. They also kept me updated throughout the repair process, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by how great it looked! The repairs were flawless, and the car looked as good as new. The staff even took the time to give it a quick wash, which was a nice touch. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at FIX AUTO LONG BEACH. The staff was professional, the repairs were excellent, and the customer service was top-notch.
