They were very nice but there’s no reason I should still be sitting here THREE HOURS later for an oil change. I used CarAdvise to save a few bucks, arrived around 8:40 AM, and the money came out of my checking account at 9 AM. It’s now 11:55 AM and they came out and told me my battery was bad a little while ago, wanting me to pay another $200. Even if it is bad (I’ll be heading to Autozone to check as soon as I get my car back), I wouldn’t want to wait ANY LONGER for a service that takes 20 minutes at Valvoline, where I’ll be going back to. Worth it not to lose a half day of work just sitting here.

Both gentlemen were patient and professional. Jorge was especially supportive and resourceful, as addional time and consideration was required. The Culver City location provides excellent service. I will continue to send my son, nephew and wife to Pep Boys!

I just purchased a new set of tires. Found them on the website, made an appointment for the following day (less than 24 hours later), dropped my car off to their nice facility that day, and picked it up after I ended my work day. Friendly staff did good work. Install was affordable.
