Great experience here. Brought it in for a check engine light which required 6 hours of warranty work. They worked with me to schedule a good date once the part came in and provided a rental vehicle for the day. In the process of the fix they identified another issue and proactively worked to service that issue under warranty as well. As an extra bonus the car came back cleaner than how I left it. I purposely came to this service shop after reading the other local Hyundai service reviews, and I’m glad I did!

The check engine light came on in my nearly new Tucson so I called the dealership I bought it from in Kearny Mesa. They wouldn't check it out for nearly 2 weeks. Poway fit me in less than 2 days later, even though I didn't buy the car from their location, and had my car in and out (including the first scheduled service) in just a couple hours. Check-in was fast and simple too, and the service guy was great- polite and helpful. Even though Poway is not close to me, I will only bring my car there from now on.
