Pat was amazing!! It was a simple electric/ propane fridge mother board fix under warranty (propane would not light), and it took only 20 mins, but the best part was being able to talk to him while he worked and is a great guy. HE HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE if I never need work done. His mother, who handled the paperwork and calls, was great, too!! Hats off to the whole family and employees that work there.

Had a hard time finding someone to work on my RV engine. Most places say they cant help and thats it. Pats doesn't do engine work either, but the woman on the phone (Rose) was so helpful in finding me a place that could. Thanks Rose you are amazing.

Five stars. I took my 36 foot bumper pull in for a water leak coming in the slide. They had me fixed in a week. New slide seals. Roof treatment, full wash. Everyone there is very friendly. Night and day different from taking your rig to a big dealership. I’ll never go back to a dealer. Pats is awesome!

Major water damage found after Pats RV replaced Front siding. Travel trailer was almost brand new and did not leak at the time we dropped it off. Pat‘s rv said they found the leak during the repair process and made us aware of it and send pictures. This was not the case, and I certainly have proof. The bedroom wall is completely rotten in the Corner closet and they put it back together like this??? When we picked up the trailer no one said a word about the damage, not even „ hey would you look at that water damage in the closet“. Anyways, since I had no clue that there was so much water damage we just purchased a new 5th wheel and tried to trade this almost brand new travel trailer in. Guess what? The dealer didn’t like the heavy water damage so well and now it will cost us a significant amount for the repairs. I have contacted Pats RV and asked for some financial support. Absolutely nothing. We are done. They do not stand behind their quality. We choose Pat‘s to get away from the large corporate rv places. But in the end it turned out to be the same headache. One last note. As soon as I contacted Pats and letting them know the issue, it felt immediately like confrontational and denial from their side. No support at all. Very disappointed.

Cannot say enough. Pat is professional and knowledgeable. I have a mobile grooming van that needed some work on propane system. He knew exactly what my rig needed and helped me find the part too. Will be returning for all my needs.
