About a wk&half ago, I had an issue with my truck not starting. I call MTIV and they sent someone out. Unfortunately the guy couldn’t get me started. But after he left and about an hour laters or so. I walk out to my truck from inside the store and I see a van. It was the owner. He said domididnt sit right with him about my truck not starting. Mike said, I’m not leaving until I get you running. Well after a couple of hours. Yes him and his co-worker got me started. Come to find out it was the damn “AC COMPRESSOR “ that froze up and didn’t give enough cranking power to turn over. I have to say..IM SO THANKFUL AND APPRECIATIVE THAT MIKE CAME OUT TI FIGURE THIS OUT AND GET ME BACK RUNNING. It’s good ppl like this that we need more of to help out us truckers and not just do it for the money. Mike thanks a lot for coming back and helping me get right. I would definitely all again if need to. And I would definitely and have already set out his information to my fellow truckers to give him a call if needed. An absolutely wonderful company! They make you feel you are a priority and always hit their ETA times. Fast, Friendly, knowledgeable and have great communication. We do business with them almost daily and wouldn't want to call anyone else for many of our breakdown needs. Cannot say enough good things about MTIV they are an A+ operation!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Well I hate being in need of repairs but this place is 5⭐️ all the way! Everytime I’ve been in it’s always been a great experience. Everyone is so very helpful and the prices are super reasonable. AND they give out goodies like you’re a first timer even if you’ve gotten them before. Would highly recommend them.

This place is awesome. We were two hours from home and the brakes on my boat trailer were hanging up and overheating. It's good Friday and every other place we had called didn't have a mechanic or only worked on big rigs. I called MTIV and talked to Jeff. He told me they didn't have a mobile mechanic available but if I could get it there he would take a look at it. Jeff and his crew went above and beyond to fix the problem. I highly recommend MTIV.
