Pat Milliken Ford Service Introduce

To the local community of Redford Township, Michigan, and surrounding areas, it is crucial to be aware of significant negative feedback regarding Pat Milliken Ford Service, located at 9600 Telegraph Rd, Redford Township, MI 48239, USA. Operating under the platform category of "Auto Repair Stations," the limited customer reviews available online paint a concerning picture of their service quality and business practices. Potential customers should carefully consider this information before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

While the provided information does not detail the physical environment of Pat Milliken Ford Service, it is reasonable to assume it is a standard dealership service center equipped with diagnostic tools and repair bays necessary for servicing Ford vehicles and potentially other makes. Dealership service centers typically have a customer waiting area and service advisor offices. However, the negative experiences reported by customers raise serious questions about the operational efficiency and ethical standards within this environment.

The services that customers sought at Pat Milliken Ford Service included diagnostics and general auto repair. One customer reported spending $1400 on diagnostics over several weeks, only to have their car remain unfixed. This indicates a potential issue with the accuracy and effectiveness of their diagnostic procedures, leading to significant financial expenditure without resolving the underlying vehicle problem. Another customer detailed a severely negative experience involving an insurance claim. They allege that the service center, specifically mentioning individuals named Paul, Nick, and Emily, kept their car for two months without performing any repairs while repeatedly billing the insurance company. This raises serious concerns about potential fraudulent activity and a lack of intent to genuinely fix the vehicle.

Furthermore, this second customer reported being inappropriately pressured by Paul and Emily to pay their deductible before the work was completed, which they later confirmed with their insurance company was not required. This suggests a lack of transparency and potentially dishonest billing practices. The ultimate outcome for this customer was their "perfectly good car" being deemed a total loss while under the care of Pat Milliken Ford Service, despite the customer stating there were no problems with the vehicle before or after the accident itself. This paints a dire picture of the service experience and the potential for significant negative consequences for customers.

A third reviewer mentioned calling the provided phone number and receiving no answer, further indicating potential issues with communication and customer accessibility. The inability to reach the service center via the listed phone number can be a significant inconvenience and a sign of poor customer service.

The features of Pat Milliken Ford Service, based solely on the overwhelmingly negative reviews, are concerning. Customers describe the experience as a "scam" and explicitly state they would "never recommend them." The alleged practices include lengthy and ultimately unsuccessful diagnostics, unwarranted billing to insurance companies, pressure for improper deductible payments, and a failure to repair vehicles, even leading to a total loss declaration in one instance. The lack of resolution after extended periods and significant costs is a recurring theme in the negative feedback.

There is no mention of any positive features or promotional information in the provided customer reviews. The sole feedback available is severely critical and focuses on negative experiences with their service and business practices. In such a context, any discussion of promotions would be irrelevant and would not accurately reflect the reported customer experiences.

Given the serious nature of the allegations, including potential insurance fraud, unnecessary delays, failure to repair vehicles, and poor communication, local users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when considering Pat Milliken Ford Service in Redford Township, MI. The reported experiences suggest a high risk of unsatisfactory service, financial loss, and potential damage to their vehicles. It is recommended to seek automotive services from alternative providers with more positive and reliable customer feedback. Thoroughly researching and vetting auto repair shops is crucial to ensure a positive and trustworthy service experience.

In conclusion, the limited customer reviews available for Pat Milliken Ford Service at 9600 Telegraph Rd, Redford Township, MI, are overwhelmingly negative, detailing lengthy and unsuccessful diagnostics, allegations of insurance scams, improper billing practices, and a failure to repair vehicles. Potential customers are strongly urged to consider this feedback carefully and proceed with extreme caution, potentially seeking automotive services from more reputable and positively reviewed establishments in the area. The reported experiences raise significant concerns about the service quality and ethical practices of Pat Milliken Ford Service.

Weeks of diagnostics, $1400 later and car still isn't fixed. Never again! Last name Williams. I'm pretty sure I'm the only Voncaira in Michigan. And no one is answering the number you posted.

This place is horrible. Paul, Nick and Emily running a scam. They had my car for 2 months didn't fix anything but kept asking the insurance company for money. (And not to mention Paul and Emily kept reminding me to pay the deductible once the job was complete, I had to get the insurance company to tell them I didn't have to pay the deductible) Eventually it became a total loss. Perfectly good car no problems before or after the accident but let Nick tell it everything was wrong with the vehicle. I would never recommend them. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to post but honestly they don't deserve it.

If you want to buy a Ford Pat Milliken is a great place to buy it however if you need to service your Ford go someplace else. My truck was exclusively serviced by Pat Milliken from the moment I bought it until I moved to Florida. Upon taking my truck to the dealership down here I learned that Pat Milliken was not doing the complete service I paid for including not rotating tires and not changing the cabin and engine air filters. Before I left to go to Florida I started to have transmission issues and took it to Milliken they changed out the oil cooler and said I wouldn’t have a problem. 3 weeks later same problem occurred they looked at it again changed out the module, and gave me back my truck. One of the service guys on the side told me that the problem was likely not fixed but to just keep driving it until the problem was more prevalent given that my truck was still under warranty. The problem almost immediately came back. Knowing I had to make it to Florida for my new job I decided to make the drive and hope my transmission did not give out. After making my move to Florida I took my truck in for service down here and explained the issue and they ended up doing a complete overhaul of the transmission after finding numerous issues. The service advisor stated, “I don't know how Pat Milliken missed this, the issue was prevalent as soon as you drove the truck.” I can't say for certain if Milliken was negligent in identifying the issue or if they ignoread the root of the problem but I can say I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here for even the simplest of services given their lack of care for my vehicle. Oh, and I forgot to mention they dinged my door and scratched my paint and then the service advisor Jordan wouldn't return my call.

Easy to make an appointment, got in quickly, the job was done quicker than they said it would be. My service advisor Juliet was wonderful, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean, roomy, vending machines, and coffee. Definitely will recommend Pat Milliken.

The service here has incrementally declined year over year to the point where I dread having to come to this location. I often receive conflicting information and missing paid services. They are understaffed and lack accountability. There are a few bright spots in a few outstanding team members hopefully they can turn it around.
