Five stars for simple things like oil changes. One star for anything complicated. My car was there on two occasions for service related to Engine service. The first time took over 2 months to complete the service. The second time he never even completed the service and had the car for over 5 months. Not once did he call me to give me an update on my car, tell me what he found, or explain the delay. I really like the owner. He's a straight shooter, honest (as far as I could tell). His communication skills are abysmal.

Alan is very knowledgeable and from what I've experienced honest but he has absolutely no communication skills which drives me crazy ... you can literally go for days weeks even a month without any communication ... he's obviously busy as there are cars there all the time but he definitely needs a biz manager or front office lad to handle communication

This character lies to you, keeps your car for months and refuses to contact you or return ur texts. You will be extremely frustrated.

They have been servicing my Bentley for the last couple of years I’m very happy with the service and I think their prices are fair and reasonable
