Fix Auto Pasadena

So I’ve had experience now with three different fix autos. One of which made a very similar repair to my back rear quarter panel. This is the best of all three locations. They are better at communicating and are more organized. They are faster at doing the repair. They preorder parts so your car doesn’t wait if it can still be driven. The staff is very friendly. And most importantly, they returned the car to like new condition. Even the most trained eye couldn’t tell it had been repaired. Also they seem to check the Tesla approved and Wawanesa approved boxes that many other repair shops are not authorized to do.

The quality of the service is unmatched they took care of my car and then when my car had an issue on my way out, they covered the rental. They made sure that I was completely satisfied. I looked all the way around the car and everything and then on top of that, they clean the car so good I could’ve sworn I just bought it at the dealership. The customer service here is unmatched and on top of that they have a guarantee so if anything happens with the paint or the parts it’s guaranteed. They also have a cute little snack, bar, and coffee machine. This place I recommend 10 out of 10 amazing service.

My experience with Fix Auto Pasadena is wonderful. They fixed my car within a short period of time. The workmanship is so good! My car is back to brand new condition. They took extra step by fixing a scratch without charging me. Highly recommend for Tesla owners!

David and Cali were awesome to work with. They partnered with me and my desire to minimize time the car was in the shop. They prepared everything they could before I dropped off the Tesla and I only had to leave my car at the shop for 36 hours. The work performed was impeccable. Highly recommend!
