Staff are busy but Unprofessional, careless to the new customer. so far location is great with parking place

Good for picking up certain maintenance parts. Cashier is always on the ball helping move walk in customers move along. Guys at the parts counter need lessons on how to deal with a walk in instead of vering off taking all calls that seems to be preferred. Shelves are not stocked at all so small parts and needs of that nature, bulbs, electric connectors and all car accessories are non existent. Good luck trying to get them to order something you need cause it's an archaic procedure looking through books still for this dinosaur store. Hate to say it but Advanced and Autozone has them beat all day long. It's a shame when we can't utilize the simple neighborhood auto store. I literally live 2 blocks away and find myself constantly having to go elsewhere. Wish they would step it up. I'm sure the neighborhood will be glad and enjoy to the tune of further profit. Come on gents..

This place has no customer service. My battery died right in the parking lot . I went into the store to buy a new battery and asked them nicely if I can borrow some tools to change it. They said no. They didn’t even try to help me out. One of three drivers tried but his cables didn’t work. All the employees saw me stuck and didn’t even try to help. Even the manager. My cousin can and jumped me and I went two blocks to auto zone and bought my new battery

Walkout frustrated, waited 25 minutes on line, then went it was my turn, they were still looking for the antifreeze, very unprofessional people, you would think that you were doing business in a less than a third world country, I walkout in frustration, First time in that store, needless to say that is my last time

Attention Truck drivers do not deliver there!!!!!u will get confused it’s on Jamaica NY tight roads no gated doors nothing! No parking very busy place around good luck
