This place used to be great. I have been taking my cars there for many years. This morning the Manager was a disgrace. He was crude and rude and very disrespectful to me. Not going to recommend them anymore and I am take my entire family business elsewhere.

Totally rip-off. Only reason I went there because my car wouldn’t start and they are affiliated with AAA. They charged me $290 for the tensioner and $150 for the belt and with service ended up costing $500. I showed them the AutoZone sell those for fraction of the cost. They were like we don’t do online business. Not an honest business.

Terrible. One of my tires burst and went there to get new tires. I told them I wanted Goodyear tires, but they ordered a different brand. I told them that I wanted Goodyear tires so they grudgingly ordered some, but when I got home, my brother, who works at his own car dealership, told me that the tires were a really old edition. Absolutely horrible service. Would only recommend to my worst enemy

January 5th at 1:40pm their van with their address on the side and a picture of battery deliveries on the back pulled out of Brendan's service station parking lot on 164 street into my lane causing me to slam on the brakes almost crashing and tboning his driver door then he cut across 2 lanes on 164 street almost hitting other drivers. When we honked he gave us the middle finger sped up 164 street and made a left onto Union turnpike through a red light....I guess they only employ drunk drivers...Hope their manager sees this looks up who was driving and fires them.

Never ever go there if you love your car and your money because after they take out the part they will charge you more than they said, even they wouldn’t ask you wanna do it or no.
