Broke down on 10. Call them and they came within a couple of hours. The operator was careful with our old car. Price was as quoted. Dropped up at quartzsite at the super 8. Left our car at Best Autos in quartzsite. Bad decision. A most unhelpful business.

We where given a 60-90 min eta. It was a tow for a loaded medium duty truck to be towed from Salome road to buckeye. We were quoted 1,790 for the tow. We were the service providers on site attempting to fix the customers truck but parts where not availible. After receiving the quote from parker, compared to a $500 dollar quote from a competitor but with a 2.5 hr eta, I called to cancel the call due to the high price. I was told and I quote "Thanks for the waste of diesel, have a good day" 👍 super un-professional. BUSINESS TO BUSINESS. I don't care what happens I would never treat a potential customer that way... We will never be doing business with Parker Towing going forward.

A great lady named Michelle helped me out. First of all she had a very helpful,happy demeanor, she actually cared enough to try to help with my situation. I was very grateful, especially after going thru AAA with no help whatsoever and no inclination to even try. Michelle was a huge help,super nice and professional. Anyways, if your ever stranded , I would definitely contact them.

Lonnie at Parker towing Saved my life. Literally. Motor home broke down Sunday at Vidal, CA with 110° tempature outside. Called AAA at 2:30. Said would have truck by 5:30, no one show. Called back and AAA, said the drivers cancelled and I would have to spend the nite without any water or electricity. Told AAA to check again, cause next call was the Highway Patrol. Tada, Lonnie drove 2.5hrs on father's day, Was very happy and polite, and referred me to a great RV mechanic, Clayton, in Blythe. Made sure my RV was safe and secure. We need more Lonnie's in the world.!!!!

This was the only company I could reach while stranded in the middle of the desert. They were prompt, courteous, professional and had very reasonable rates. I would use them again in a heartbeat, though I pray I never have to.
