I couldn't find the business here in Las Vegas so I picked one at random in a different state .. I took my car to a guy named Ed on Dessert Inn and Torrey Pines. It is NOT a shop , it's his home. He had chickens running loose in the lot where you pull in on DI.. He charged me $170 to replace Thermostat and had it for 2 days. I took it home and the coolant overflow boiled violently AGAIN. I Called Elliott Keys a mobile mechanic who took out the thermostat and said it was never changed. I went to autozone purchased a thermostat and in ten minutes if that , the new one was in. He didn't even want to charge me due to Ed's rip off . I paid him anyway. BEWARE OF ED !!! he is an Asian man in his 60's I'm guessing. Unbelievable!!! Never even looked under the hood ,most likely , took my money and never thought twice about it .Thief!!

Always take my car to Ed. He is usually gotta couple of other cars he is working on. He still gets out there gives me an an idea of what I am looking at- what? when? and how much? There are only a very few around here I trust and Ed is one.

I'm giving 4 stars based on other customers, I've never been a cx for Ed's but I had someone break down near that location and Wish someone would provide PH# and HOURS????????????????????????????

My experience here was just outstanding, I haven’t seen any business as transparent and as dedicated than Ed’s team..!. I feel that they saved me and will forever be thankful..! Now my cat and I can get back on the road safely!
