Paragon Acura Service

While the GM and service advisor Mark were extremely professional whoever worked on the vehicle was not. Car got towed because of hitting a pothole the “tech” stated car needed a new tire and “balanced” the tire however the wheel was badly bent and almost caused an accident as going over 50 mph the car would become extremely wobbly. I understand mistakes happen but for a professional to remove a tire, look at the wheel and put the tire on and then re balance and not notice the bent wheel is unacceptable. I understand dealers do not fix bent wheels usually but at least make a mention of it since i’m paying for the service

Had the best service to replace a tire, Anthony de la Cruz helped me and guided me through the entire process. Nice customer service lounge with free drinks and snacks to make the waiting time comfortable. Very nice experience for this type of errand

I bought my car from this dealership. Great experience. Sales man left after selling me the car. More importantly The Service Manager Alex is key to servicing my RDX. Anthony also great service advisor. Thanks 🙏 for the excellent service. I will follow up with this review after my next service. Looking forward to another great experience from the service department. 👊🏽

Stay away! They didn't rotate tires although we paid for it. Went back and they didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it. Scheduled an appt for an oil change for 1pm on a Saturday and didn't even get into the building until 145pm. 415pm before the car was done. I understand it's a Saturday but the other location in Valley Stream and Island Acura aren't like that on Saturdays. They just accept an enormous amount of appointments and make people wait an exorbitant amount of time. Will never go here again.

Called 4 times week after week for help and each and everytime been promised I’d receive a call back from the manager was the last straw from me cus they did not keep their word even then for the “manager calling me back”. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company that promotes false advertisement! Very sloppy

I was received by the rudest, most unprofessional worker I had ever seen in my life. The way he treated me, he was just trying to push services on me. I had already reviewed the code, yet he started talking as if I didn’t know that maintenance was necessary when taking a car in. He didn’t take the time to explain things, nor did I have the chance to do my own research, because I like to know what is being done to my car. He treated me very rudely, speaking to me in a loud and aggressive tone. When I decided to speak with one of the supervisors, he even threatened to attack me. I have proof. If management hadn’t been there at that moment, he would have attacked me. I do not plan on returning here. Anyone who values their safety should know this is not the right place, because they will not feel safe with this worker. I left the photo below because I had never been to a place, to a service, where someone threatened to attack me. I had to leave the place because I feared for my life.

I took my RDX in for service & was greeted by Sergio J. He inquired about what i needed to get done, gave me an estimate on the time it would take to do the inspection. He was very patient with me & answered all my questions & concerns. When the recommendations came back he let me know what I should prioritize, and what could wait for another time. His customer service definitely went above & beyond. He offered the car drop off service when my car was finished with the repairs. I would highly recommend Sergio as a Service Advisor.

Took my car in for an oil change and to get the brake rotors fixed, Mike A. and the crew did an outstanding job! Super professional, quick turnaround, and the car feels like new. Mike explained everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. Honest, reliable, and top-notch service. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work and someone who truly knows what they’re doing!

Complete Scam. Came in for servicing under warranty and was told that we don't add collant and brake fluid, which was low in the suv. And they prefer customer having it changed which cost couple of hundreds. Trying to over sell services. And Rep was super rude and arrogant. I'll highly recommend to stay away from this dealership. I regret buying a car from paragon Acura. Never ever going there again.
