First thing first some drunk guy hit the bmw M6 I just got from the back these guys sent a tow truck where the driver knew exactly what he was doing knew how to tow my car told me they will handle everything paperwork claims rental by the ending of the next day everything was filed and completed had my personal car back in bout 7 days not only that they do awesome work u can’t even tell my car was hit matched the color down to a tee I definitely recommend them

it’s been few weeks from now. I got into a hit and run accident. I went to them through one of my friend. Till that time all was good. They promised me they gonna take care of the insurance money and all and I don’t have to pay anything extras. They kept the car for almost over a week and then when the insurance gave them my appraisal, they said they need more money So what they did was, they asked for me another full deductible when they already Said to me that they’re gonna take care of it because it wasn’t a bigger Damage. After this, I asked him OK I’m not gonna fix it here and then they wanted me to pay regardless for parking which they haven’t never told me in the beginning. Which was over $600 But I agreed them OK start the work. After they have finished the work, their behavior was really bad. I can’t even explain it in words when I asked them there’s a fault. Can you make it OK they’re like OK. You have to give me more money, even though it was their fault so whoever going to them Please be aware of what’s gonna happen and more over they’re gonna talk to you very nicely in the beginning and once they have the car, they just want the money that’s all

Big scam. I left my car there for service and while my car was at the shop they parked my car on the street and got 2 tickets for $180 and they refused to pay, stay away from this body shop unless you want to get robbed.
