I have to share this heartwarming experience I had recently. I was actually looking for another mechanic when I accidentally ended up at this incredible place. I truly believe it was a blessing in disguise. As soon as I walked in, Ms. Jennifer welcomed me with such warmth and kindness, making me feel instantly at ease. When I discussed my concerns about my 2014 Jeep, she connected me with Mr. Chris, who was nothing short of amazing. He patiently took the time to explain the actual problem with my vehicle, clarifying information I had received from a previous mechanic. With a genuine sense of care, he helped me schedule an appointment for Monday, and when I returned, not only did he fix my car, but he also gave it a thorough cleaning! His dedication and attention to detail truly stood out. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Chris as your go-to mechanic. Thank you so much, Chris and Jennifer, for your exceptional service and support!

A diesel mechanic friend told us about this place, and I am so glad we came! Had a couple of things wrong with my car and my check engine light came on, took it here and now it’s running like it’s brand new! Very friendly, honest, and most of all did not try to rip us off like a lot of places do. Also, want to add that he did not keep my car long. He told me when to drop it off and had it ready when he said it would Be! I Highly recommend. Thanks for your great service! So thankful to have found a mechanic we love!

I needed headlight bulb replaced (the expensive kind of course 🙄). I've usually always used the Jeep dealership for routine maintenance so I mentioned the bulb yesterday when I went in for my oil change. The price they gave me was absolutely ridiculous. I was venting to a family member and she referred me to Palmetto State. My bulb was replaced in about 10 minutes for half the cost and there's no way to beat the customer service. The owner's interaction with every customer he came in contact woth was top notch. I got prices for oil changes and tune ups for my Jeep and I will not be going anywhere else for any mechanical services. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. They definitely gained a customer for life today.

Chris has been awesome since our first phone conversation. I found him on Google and trusted my intuition. I told him as being a female it's hard to trust men when working on my car. He made it clear that his name is worth more than screwing people over. With 30 years of experience and a awesome personality and great technicians.
