As a first-time customer I was pleasantly surprised at the detail that the mechanics did thoroughly inspecting my car. (All fluid levels, brakes, transmission, etc.) Steve and Brian are great at the front desk to handle any questions and keeping me informed of the status of my service. I would definitely recommend HALT for excellent service.

I was referred by a professional mechanic, and First Class let us both down. He recommened that I get a diagnostics because he didn't want to guess what was wrong with, start wasting money, and throwing parts in it. First Class diagnosed it and charged me $179.85 Just to tell me what I already knew was wrong with it. They called the next day and asked if it was fixed and I told them no i was still having issues. They told me to bring it in when i got a chance and i did... Just for them to try and charge me $889 for a Level 2 Diagnostics and to change my LED HID bulb to oem bulbs and to replace my door switch AS A STARTING POINT! So i almost had to pay $1k to guess what was wrong with it... I called and told them I would come pick up my car up and to not fix it. They then tried to charge me $400 for the Level 2 Diagnostics. After my MIL got upset because at this point I was about to pay $600 just for test that they were supposed to take the first time and still didn't fix or diagnose the problem. My personal Mechanic replaced both lights and door switch and the problem still wasn't fixed. Yes i know this was a starting point but I would have lost over $1k had I stayed and let First Class work on it... Just for it to still not be fixed. Hope Your experience is better than mine.

As a first time customer I was disappointed after the first visit. I did give my word I would come back for another chance. I took my wife’s car in today and I was very pleased this time. I was offered an incentive but I turned it down. I just wanted to be treated with courtesy and some respect and they did that. JOB WELL DONE. I will return.
