They called me, set up the appointment for the safety recall on my 2023 Ford Maverick. (back-up camera freezing). They gave me a time frame they would be here. The mobile adviser called me about 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Showed up, did the software update, let me know he was finished. It was so easy. They did it in my driveway at my home. It was AWESOME!

I had my fabulous Mustang Mach E all packed up and ready to go on a 280 mile trip to Scottsdale. My 12 V battery had failed. I called the dealership and spoke to my service rep. I kept him on the phone while he told me to call Ford roadside assistance. Between the three of us, we got the tow truck operator out fairly quickly - within an hour. He was able to jumpstart the battery and then followed me to the dealership just in case of Emergency. Even though I did not have a scheduled appointment, they took me very quickly. They determined that it was The 12 volt battery that failed. They replaced the battery and had me on my way. I arrived at my destination just in time for my dinner meeting. I am thrilled with the level of service and attention I got at Palm Springs Motors! We have been purchasing cars from them for 20 years.

When we walked into the Ford dealership in Rancho Mirage, California, we met our sales person Greg Hartshorne. The building was impressive, clean and neat. The people were all smiles. Greg was cordial, informative, and efficient, so I never felt as though I was being sold to, but instead I was being well informed. Greg knew the Mustang Mach E X very well and was an excellent communicator of that information . The financial arrangements, with Billy, our excellent financial advisor, was a personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly experience. I have never experienced such an organized, and well run organization as this Ford dealership. I highly recommended this Dealership everyone who is looking for a car, not just a Ford, but an excellent experience in gathering information in preparation for any car purchase.
