I had a great experience with the Lincoln Service team during my visit to Palm Springs. Lisa, my Lincoln Advisor, took the time to get my MKZ serviced on the same day and even provided a courtesy car wash. I was thrilled that I was provided a courtesy shuttle to the local mall while the services were being performed by Ruben, the Mechanical Engineer servicing my car. When my car was ready, Steve, a wonderful gentleman, picked me up. Thank you for going above and beyond to service my vehicle.

Only recommend this dealership for service. The sales department is not reliable for follow-up. I had a very poor experience; ready to buy and Greg rushed me away, promising to follow-up and never did. I’ll need to go elsewhere. This person should not be in sales.
