I brought my 2000 Toyota Tundra truck to get repaired at this Auto Body shop. The seal between the windshield and the roof was rusted and had holes. They were able to fix it quickly and with good quality work. I got my truck back looking like it just rolled off the dealership lot. Customers are given great quality work and good fair prices! I will be coming back here for any future repairs.

TLDR: This was an unprofessional, frustrating, and honestly horrendous experience, and we cannot recommend this body shop. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. After being rear-ended, she took her 2015 Lexus RX350 here for a bumper replacement based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations. The shop promised to return her car in 45 days and to keep her updated throughout the process, but they never communicated once. After 45 days, her rental car was due, and she had to reach out herself, only to learn the work wasn’t finished. While the shop covered a 2 week rental extension, they still failed to provide updates. Two weeks later, with no communication again, she had to go to the shop in person. The car still wasn’t ready, but she had to take her car back because the extension to her rental car ended. When she got the car, the interior was covered in dust, the trunk floor mats had white paint on them, and, worst of all, the bumper was not properly fitted. A year later, the bumper still pops out on one side. To quote her insurance company, “this body shop doesn’t know what they’re doing.”

The lack of communication of this Auto shop is literally unbelievable. Hardly any communication none at all, if you want any updates, you have to call them. I do not recommend doing business with this shop. Honestly the owners brother and sister overpromise and under deliver. A simple job that should be done in a few days turned into a few weeks.

I had a freak accident with a rental car where my diamond earrings fell through a tiny hole into the inside of the door. I had looked for them for hours and came to this shop pretty distressed. They were compassionate and helpful. The mechanic loosened the door cover and had my earrings out in just a few minutes. Absolute life savers!

I took my White Acura MDX to have repair done to some deep scratches on the front bumper and right fender. Bring new in the area and not experienced with auto body work, I was afraid of being taken advantaged off. Don treated me with courtesy and honesty, and his sister was just as nice. They even took time to answer some of my questions unrelated to auto body works and gave me references to other auto services in the area. Most importantly the crew did a beautiful repair job on my car and had it done in a timely manner as they knew I needed it soon. I highly recommend this place and will definitely go back if I ever need future services.
