A great place to go but especially if you are a woman. I had previously gone to the dealership to get my oil changed and they told me I needed two new brakes and two new tires. I've had a lot of experiences in the past of mechanics assuming I didn't know anything about cars because I'm a woman (which in my case is true, I don't know anything about cars) and then selling me on services I didn't need. I knew the dealership was being dishonest about the tires because I only had about 28,000 miles (that were dealership tires) and decided to get a second opinion. Erol was very responsive, kind, and trustworthy. He took a look and sent me on my way as he didn't see anything wrong with the car. Additionally, he explained what types of things to look out for in my braking if they do become weathered down, and also let me know how many miles he thinks that would take. In a world full of people trying to upsell and oversell you, Erol was honest and direct. I really appreciated this a lot and even though P&A is very far away from where I live, they have earned a customer for life.
