Friend recommended them, big mistake. He asked what I was looking to spend to get the bike back to rideable. I said maybe $1500 because I don’t think it’s worth much. Convinced me I was wrong and the bike was worth plenty. Told me $2000 would get it back on the road. Few weeks later it’s $2800 and another $1000 to get it on the road because it needed motor mounts. I called around and motor mounts should be about $300 for my bike. I go to pick it up and he tells me I can’t ride it after motor mounts because of the new oil leak he found out about. And guess what, he says it’s not even worth $3K when fixed. Everyone says he used to be great, he got in over his head with a big shop and now he can’t make rent or payroll so he squeezes everyone he doesn’t know. Just another two-bit-hustler, I gave the man child his money because he begged for it so many times I finally felt bad for someone who is definitely going under. $2800 for something that is unusable. Thanks for the rip off.

I recently brought my 2005 ZX6R in for a front master cylinder issue, which was losing pressure. The team was able to fix that quickly. While they had the bike, they also spotted oxidation on the kill switch and took care of it. Additionally, they noticed my front fork seals were leaking and managed to resolve that within a day. Overall, it was a 3-day turnaround, and I couldn’t ask for better service. Chari and the team were fantastic—Chari kept me informed throughout the process and provided clear cost estimates upfront. Took the bike out today, and it’s running like a champ. Thanks again!

I’ve been taking my motorcycle to these guys for years, and I keep going back. I had a cafe racer Triumph that they helped customize into a beautiful ride. I eventually liked it so much that I decided to get a membership - which gave me access to tools, workspace and the knowledge and support of experienced mechanics, as well as discounts on parts and service. Since then, I got a new cafe racer, and needed secure indoor parking - so of course, I didn’t hesitate to park that at Brooklyn Speed either. Added bonus of being a member is watching all their cool creations come to life, and learning from them as they do these classic bike and cafe builds so that I can apply it to my own bikes as I customize myself. They give top notch service from start to finish, and I recommend this shop to everyone I know.

Recently bought my first bike and actually dropped it before I could get it in for a tune up. They took a look at the damage and did a general tune up. Let them know my budget and really worked with me to figure out what I needed. Got everything done for a decent price and they even touched up my scratched up marks for a very decent price. Very happy with their service and will definitely return! Highly recommend
