They typically use high-quality aftermarket parts or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equivalent parts, ensuring durability and compatibility with the vehicles they service. One Maya Auto Repair Customer Reviews

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to these thieves! They charged me 200$ for a diagnosis and the only thing they found was a “blow head gasket”. Prior to that, they lied and said my keys didn’t work when they worked perfectly fine the day before, just to make extra money off me. I told them I couldn’t get the head gasket fix right then and there because it cost more than I expected. He told me there was no point in fixing it and insist that I should get a new car from them and trade mine in. I told him that’s not what I wanted. I asked if they had any payment plans and he told me “his uncle might” but kept pushing me to try to sell them my car and get a new one from them for a “better deal”. They charged so much in an attempt to try and bully me out MY car. Not only that but instead of making only one key, they made two (total of 280$ for plain keys) without my permission and LOSTT the second key when I arrived. They refused to give me my money back and told me they’ll drop it off. When I finally got frustrated and left, all the sudden they “found” my second key, and gave it to the tow truck guy. Only for the key not to work! Scammers and criminals. I was better off going to a Toyota dealer. High way robbery!

I purchased a full set of all season tires from them less than 6 months ago and the tread is completely gone on the 2 front tires & woke up to a flat tire this morning. I was charged $520 for that full set. Some of my tires were still in good condition before I changed them but he insisted I should get a full set since some where all season and some were regular. I also got an estimate for upper control arms to be replaced for $500. I then called around to compare prices and got an estimate for the same thing for half the price elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the services as they are nice people & did physically show me the issues with my vehicle but I do feel that I was taken advantage of being a women & will be taking business elsewhere.

Most definitely should have listened to the reviews before taking in my moms 2002 Nissan Xterra. Called around 10 am on a Saturday to see if they had time to change the oil and change the brakes on a car I had just bought. I also mentioned the brake lights weren’t lighting up when braking, and if they’d have time to do that on short notice. They assure me that if I took the car in within the hour they’d have time to get everything done by 3 when the close, because they “don’t like keeping cars overnight”. I show up a half hour later, the guy at the desk says he’ll call me a bit later on with a quote and would let me know if the car needed the tune up I requested, but that they definitely had time for the oil change. Around 2:30 I hadn’t received an update on the car so I call in. They advise me the brakes need to be bled and they’d like to keep the car til Monday to make sure there weren’t any other problems with the car. I told them I appreciated it and to take the time they needed to do a good job, to which the man on the phone reassured by end of the day Monday the car will be done. Fast forward to Monday at 2:30, still no call. I call in to get an update, to which a woman answers with “my dad says he’ll call you when he’s done”. I ask when that would be and she says “I don’t know”. Tuesday 2:30, I call in and ask for another update. The man on the phone responds with “we have other cars to work on”. I let him know I’m pretty much in the dark at this point and haven’t even gotten any sort of quote on the work they’re supposedly doing to my car at this point. He responds with “you’re not looking at much”. Wednesday I get a call from the father who says they had to bleed the breaks and tighten a wheel bearing, and that for sure they’d have the car ready either by the end of the day or Thursday morning. I get a call later Wednesday saying the car was ready, and could I please pick it up because they don’t like keeping cars overnight, which at this point I found very funny and hypocritical. I let him know I’m at work and would have to show up the next morning. I show up around 9 am the next day, figuring that would be ample time for them to have the car ready since google says they open at 8:30. Apparently that was asking for too much because the young man opening the shop didn’t show up until 9:10 because he “had to shovel snow”, on top of my car having been kept outside and is now covered in ice and snow. After all is said and done they charged me 280 dollars to bleed my brakes and tighten a wheel bearing, not giving the car the tune up or the oil change I had asked for since day one. They stumbled on communication and I’m not sure the brake bleeding should have cost that much or even taken that long. They made me feel like wanting to be updated on my car was an inconvenience and bother to them, and that isn’t good business. At least my brake lights work now.

Bought a car from here no problems at all asked me atleast once a month if it was alright and still running good. Great service and great mechanic work. But been trying to pay the car off for three days and no ones been there there hadn't been a sign or note for being gone or closed.
