We had a box truck his roll door cable broke off and we couldn't open the door. Called here on Friday morning, Naomi picked up and told us to come right in. Driver came in and they got em diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and completely fair and reasonable on price. We will be back for more service with our fleet to Olen Hensley! You will not regret it, come here if need of service. Nice people on top of eveyrthing.

Amazing service and quality of work. I spent a day and a half looking for a shop to repair our RV's mangled exhaust system ( two blown tires or IED? feels the same!) I was directed to Olen Hensley and they came to the rescue. Everyone from the front desk to the owner Keith were smart and professional. I had no breakfast or lunch driving around Asheville looking for a shop that would work on an RV -and they gave me a fresh donut! That's class...

First, I would like to say it was extremely refreshing to have a smart, educated woman working the front desk. She was extremely kind aware and so helpful. The mechanic explained everything to me kindly and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing things. Olen Hensley is doing it right when so many do it wrong.

Keith and his team are incredible! Not only did they get our dump truck fixed up right following an accident, but they communicated with us the whole way through and gave us accurate start and completion dates. Even though we're a small company with only one truck, they showed that they valued our business with words *and* actions. Can't say enough great things about this shop!
