The two workers there are FAST and QUICK 10 min change for a V8. 65$ for full synthetic!!!They even vacuum your car!! Very professional. They even top off your tires! Great business I WILL come back. For all my cars. The oil change shops in Greenville charge over double for the same service and you’re there waiting for an hour. Great oil change shop 10/10

The OWNER here is extremely rude! I called this morning & asked if i needed to make an appointment. The guy who answers the phone says “no we are first come first serve” not one time did he mentioned that they are closed for lunch! I drive 30 minutes (bc this is where my aunt likes to take her car) & i pull up at 1:30 he says we are at lunch and won’t start back up until 2:15! I told him that i had called this morning & asked & they never mentioned about closing. While trying to explain he’s eating chicken in my face and walks off while i was talking. I had to walk around to the bay & ask if he was the manager and he stated that he was & proceeded to say “it’s not my fault you drove all the way down here” JUST WOW! No apology, no sympathy whatsoever. He could have simply apologized from the jump that they didn’t let me know that they close down for lunch. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY!!!

Whoever is saying the owner (Jose) is rude is an idiot. Whoever is saying they didn’t tell them that they took lunch breaks doesn’t have a lick of common sense. These guys are the best, I’ve taken every single one of my vehicles here and not once have I ever had a bad experience. They are extremely professional and do really good work. I will never take my vehicle to another place, ever. They make sure they do everything right and they let you know if you car/truck has any problems. And they don’t take forever to do it either. I get a full service every single time and my car has never had any problems after leaving. I would 110% recommend oil depot to anyone and everyone.
