This is the worst tire shop i ever been to… The worst customer service. It’s like they make up their own prices as they go. my first time i went there to get just one tire changed that’s already off and in my trunk and they charged me 10 dollars to take off a tire and put it on another. Now the next time i came with 2 wheels (already off) and i needed the tires swapped the guy tried charging me 40 dollars “plus tax” for two tires swapped that’s already off which is unbelievable and unprofessional. And i asked him why is he charging me so much when i came last time and he charged me 10 dollars to take a tire off a rim that’s already off? And then he just walks away from he and ignores me. These people are unprofessional and lazy because they act like changing one wheel that’s already off the car is hard. i’ve been in the tire business myself and it’s the most easy job you can do and i’ve never heard of a business making up their own prices as they go. Doesn’t even make any sense. Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off!!

These guys have always came through for me. My last visit, they went beyond expectations. They were professional and explained everything before they began anything. We agreed on one price in the beginning and that's what I paid in the end. Will go to them again in the future.

Absolutely love this place! It’s hard to the tire size for my car but they always have it for me! Super nice guys and they’re pretty quick too!

my car broke down when i was trying to get back home to ohio & these men literally saved my life. also thank you to the kind receptionist for listening to me & doing everything she could to help me. i had no idea where i was or how i was going to get home but they helped get me back on the road. if it weren’t for b & j tire express i would’ve never made it back to ohio. 10/10 customer service & price. definitely recommend

Wonderful place. My car's alternator went out when my daughter and I were traveling before easter. They fixed my car so we could get back on the road even though it was an hour before closing. Stayed late made sure everything was working before sending us on our way. Very grateful to the wonderful people that work here. I wish they were in my town I would never go anywhere else. Most helpful auto repair shop I have ever had my car worked on. I would drive the two hours from where I live to have them work on my car!
