Store is clean and nicely organized. Trop & Jones store; obnoxious customer service and complete disregard by the acting store manager. Immediately placed me on hold, when I phoned ahead to check product stock, attempting to avoid a 4 mi drive. Left me on hold for 20 minutes; simultaneously I arrived, there were three employees, five customers. Still on hold; turns out they don't have the oil filter socket I need. Get back in my car, I can see there are now no customers at the counter, no one ever picked up my call. I hang up and call back. Immediately placed on hold again. One customer in the store/3 employees. Return to store to question 'manager'; instead of acknowledging error and wasting people's time on hold, he defensively states they 'were swamped'. So he's also a liar.
