I was distraught this evening. I left the hospital to buy my son a drink he was craving, and when I left the hospital parking lot, I realized my back passenger window had fallen down. It was around 5:45 p.m., so I stopped by O'Reilly to see if someone could help me get through the upcoming snowy night. Thank goodness the wonderful assistant manager and another very kind employee came to my rescue. They taped and bagged my window to get me through until I could get to a car window place tomorrow. The assistant manager even recommended a place to me. This momma heart is very thankful for the amazingly kind people at O'Reilly Auto Parts! ❤️

Reilly at O'Reilly's was great! I panicked when my engine light went on just as I was getting ready to head out of town! I went to O'Reilly's and Reilly Checked my engine code and said it was most likely the Mass Air Flow Sensor, trying to get on the road I asked if there was anyway he would be comfortable replacing it for me and if he had the tools to do it. He said Yes, it wouldn't be a problem. After he changed it my engine light went off and all was good, we were able to get on the road witjout a huge delay! Now that's customer service! Thank you Reilly! I really appreciate you.

I found everyone there to be so very helpful. I had my check engine light come on while on vacation and I was seconds away from panicking. Costumer service is A+ 10 stars worthy. Came in for a battery replacement. Old battery was badly corroded. They helped me pick the right battery, dealt with the corrosion, and replaced it. Also let me know the corrosion ate into the red post terminal. They helped me get the correct part and replaced it for me. They saved me so much time and money and didn't have to go to a mechanic. Will absolutely be coming back to this location for ALL my car needs. Give shout out to the assistant manager Kevin for making this simple and stressfree.
