Customer service today was awful anything we go the staff is always happy to help or guide us the correct direction. We went in an asked about a part said it I didn’t matter what we got it was all the same just pricing was different I was ok with that so I just picked one than when asked for another item he was just there with such a bad attitude it made us feel unwelcome and there was no help at all. If someone doesn’t want to do customer service I don’t understand why they are even there made me look at this location a different way will just end up driving to Monroe next time. Just one cashier can ruin your whole experience.

O'Reilly's has more aftermarket products than other stores. And I think they have Better faster service than other stores. Auto zone keeps you in line too long.
