Highly recommended place. I always come for an oil change, yearly inspection and always receive fast, friendly service. Today I experience something different with them, I had a gas leak and they were the first place I thought of. All the men were so nice and helpful as usual but they made my safety as well as my daughter safety a priority. They pushed my car back into a parking spot out the way of the bay. They checked on us while we were waiting for our ride and offered to watch my car until the tow truck came. Regardless of what I was going through, I was able to still smile because this world still has good people. So thankful for the men of Havoline on today.

Brian services my vehicle. He was nice, polite and professional. My service time took about 35mins, which is the best time in my book. I would recommend anyone to go there. I will be back for my next oil change. Thank you Brian

Opened late, myself and another customer had to wait for them to smoke a couple of cigarettes before they even acknowledged we were there, 15 minutes later, a wast of my time, total disappointment that people like this even have a job, especially when there are others who would like the opportunity to work, not to mention I’m new to the state of NC, so this is how things go here! My rating is negative zero!
