I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly’s, all thanks to Pedro! My family and I were dealing with a hyper flash blinker and weren’t sure if it was the bulb, wiring, or something else—the whole light had been damaged before. When we arrived, we clearly looked like we needed help, and Pedro immediately stepped up to assist. We told him we wanted to try replacing the blinker bulb to start troubleshooting. Pedro didn’t just sell us a bulb—he went above and beyond, he came out to our car to help diagnose the issue. After a few quick tests, he narrowed it down to the light bulb itself. Even though their system didn’t have the exact part, he found a compatible one—and installed it for us right then and there! We walked in just trying to figure things out ourselves, and walked out with the problem fixed in under 10 minutes. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location for anything we need. Excellent customer service from Kodey who helped me find the bulbs I needed for my car and to the store manager, Anthony for teaching me how to install them. Although in the end he did it himself because I didn't have the grip strength to clip it in place. Thank you!!

Always very helpful employees that can handle a busy crowd if they have to. Most of the time it's pretty slow though so I don't usually worry about that. Always have what I'm looking for as well as an organized and well stocked store.
