I'm disgusted by the treatment of my little sister when she went to this location to simply get receipts for parts on a corporate account. The manager, Albert, refused to provide the receipts even after speaking to the corporate office, checking the account number and confirming she was allowed to obtain the information, he refused and (wait for it...) called the police! My sister was humiliated and frustrated, all because he couldn't/wouldn't take literally 3 mins to simply print off receipts. She wasn't looking for a refund or trying to exchange anything, just requesting a receipts for her corporate account. Eventually, she drove 3 miles away from this location to another one, where Neal happily and respectfully printed the receipts is under 1 minute and no police or attitude was required or given.

Purchase the part in Lake Wylie drove to Rock Hill SC (this store) to pick it up and it's not there it's on the truck parts truck management said driver will bring it back! waiting been waiting not happy, after an hour, THEY COULDN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THE DRIVER? So now driving back to Lake Wylie store to see if the part there now, in route I decided we better call and make sure.. I was too frustrated but he needs the part. They give you the run-around after sending the part out and knowingly having you to wait for an hour... uncalled for, all they had to say is you need to go get the part where you're originally paid for it. Sorry we messed up and sent the part out.. I normally don't shop here and after this I will not shop here again.

Have never had a worse experience with an auto parts store than dealing with this one. Tall woman employee rudely told me to go elsewhere when asking a simple question for help. Autozone next door had no issues helping check ac line pressure which took all of 30 seconds. Will never return to this store.
