Went into O'Reilly in Springfield, Ohio on Parker Court with my aunt tonight with a bad battery. It's VERY cold outside!! A very friendly employee, Jason I believe was his name, helped us out! He tested the battery, it was old and definitely needed replaced. My aunt purchased a new battery and Jason installed it for us!!! I was so very appreciative that he did that! Excellent customer service! Thank you!!!
