Walked in needing a part and all I had was a photo. Showed the counter person the photo and had it in 1 minute. More to the point was the friendly atmosphere between the employees and people waiting for service. Just nice friendly banter. No one in a hurry, no screaming for help, there was plenty.

bad service I ordered some packages of screws and when I went to pick them up they were giving me a few pieces, I asked for a refund and they only gave me part of them, they didn't replace everything I paid. Of the 55.52 that I paid, they only gave me 45 back, bad service and they still steal from you, I will never come back here again.

I bought headlights here. I didn’t realize I had installed incorrectly. I called they said they would refund. I get there they explained to me that I had installed them wrong, they then switched them out for new ones & he even put them on for me! Great customer & thank you to the manager who took his time out of his day to install brand new ones properly! Great customer service! Great men all the way around. Thank you so much!!!

I needed wiper blades. A nice gentleman asked me what I wanted and what car I had and he showed me what you carried. I chose what blade I wanted and he offered to put them on for me. What a relief. I would have been all day figuring out what to do. I really appreciated that service. My sales slip said employee 552 Douglas. I hope that's the right person. Thank you Douglas
