I can’t say enough good things about this store and their employees. They saved the day for me today. I was driving home from work and noticed I had lost all power steering in my truck. Thankfully I was able to nurse it into their parking and go in and asked for help. I went in and Ruben (I believe he’s the manager) helped me out. I explained what was going on and told him I thought it was the serpentine belt but I couldn’t get the hood open (it’s an older truck and it gets stuck sometimes) he helped me get it popped and sure enough, it was the belt! Not only did he check the belt to make sure it was still good, he also noticed that it might be the idler pulley. We headed back into the store and Ruben asked his associate Fletcher to come out and take a look at it when his other store associate got back from making deliveries. Fletcher came out and was able to look at it and discovered that the idler pulley had seized up which caused the belt to pop off. He not only took the pulley off for me, but took it back into the store to make sure the part they had was the exact part that came off my truck. Got me checked out and then came back out (in the rain mind you) and put the pulley back on as well as the belt. He did not have to do any of that for me, but my husband and I couldn’t be any more grateful for Fletcher, seeing as how my husband was still at work 40mins away from the store!! I will never go to any other parts store! They really go above and beyond for their customers!!

This was my first time buying at an O’Reilly Auto Part’s Store, and it MOST DEFINITELY will not be my last. The help I got from this kind employee by the name of Tom, was amazing. He walked the extra mile with me! Super helpful! My grandson just finished using what Mr. Tom recommended, and it worked wonder’s! Thank you so much! And thank you so much, to Mr. Hunter, too. I’m just so happy and satisfied.

I have for years bought parts at this store since it opened. Hundreds of $. Today when i called to order two less than 10$ each brake hoses i had to go and pay before they would order. Never ever has this happened at any auto store. It cost you a sale and maybe a longtime customer. Happy New Year right.
