Very poor customer service. Just ran in town to pick a part up from here I ordered yesterday morning and was told would be ready to pick up today at 3:15. I arrived right at 3:15 where I stood around and waited for a few minutes. Once a worker asked what I needed help with I informed him that I had a part that was supposed to be here today at 3:15. He informed me the truck just arrived and he'd go get it. After a couple minutes he returns and tells me that it didn't get delivered. Him and the delivery driver go back and forth and ultimately the driver who looks like they've been on a 3 day bender claims it's not their fault and they never received the order. At that point I chose to take my business to AutoZone where I'll be shopping for auto parts for now on.

Both of the guys stunk real bad. It took 20 mins to find my part and it was the wrong part. The store was filthy and the bathroom was locked up. The drinking fountain was absolutely disgusting. Alot kids loitering and the foul mouth is unreal. white trash ghetto O'Reilly's.

Not sure who the genius is that treated me like I was stealing the OBDII computer, but I’ve borrowed it previously with staff permission and had no issues with any of you. I communicated my intentions with you, and then you acted like I was trying to do something wrong and telling me it wouldn’t read the code for my car. You lost a customer for life.

Store employee, Josh, was so helpful and even replaced battery while we waited. Went so far as to test alt to make sure it was not a problem. Will definitely continue to use and recommend this store! Great job Josh!
