Went in to get windshield wipers and was in & out! The employee behind the counter was quick to help me find the right size (since there was no book or computer to search on my own). But this store is definitely a go to if I need anything automotive again.

Stopped by here to get my battery tested after I had to jump it but was disappointed. They said they could not test because it was dark outside 🙄, they were “understaffed” (there were multiple employees and few customers) and “this is a sketchy area” (yes they actually said that). If you don’t feel safe going outside for a quick battery check at 7:30, why are you open until 9? This is a service advertised at all O’Reillys and the whole reason I bothered coming. If I can walk in the store safely, you should be able to walk outside and do a battery check safely.

I came for an engine light check and recommendation of repair. The man gave me a receipt and said that I have to wait for the right person. When I asked how long I should wait, he answered "don't know". There are 3 staff members in the store and I am the only customer. Very rude and a waste of time.
