It’s honestly my biggest pet peeve when I want to buy a product from a brand I like, to be told “you’re wrong you need this one it’s much better than the one you want to buy.” The lady who helped me didn’t seem to know anything, she googled my questions which I already have done but I wanted an opinion from someone working at an auto parts store. Please tell your associates to not say the phrase “I don’t know, let me google it.”
