My husband and I had car issues, so our car has been at a garage to get it fixed where it broke down. Our car has been up on a mechanical lift, taken apart, and is costing the garage time and money because they can’t fix the last thing wrong with it all because O’Reilly’s absolutely cannot get the ONE right part ordered and delivered to them the way they’ve repeatedly said. In less than a week we have tried ordering this one part from them FOUR times and every time it is not the correct part. My husband even went in the last time and took the old part with him so that he could physically show them EXACTLY what is needed and they could be SURE to get the right thing this time. Lo and behold—still wrong. So then I called them and talked with their daytime on site manager, asked to be fully reimbursed so that we can take our money and find somewhere else to correctly order the one single part we need. He told me that their delivery truck could pick up the incorrect part that had been delivered, bring it back to their store, and then I could be reimbursed. Said it wouldn’t be a problem and he’d let me know when it was back, etc. Then about fifteen minutes later he calls and said that the only way we will get reimbursed is if WE (who still don't have a drivable car because of them) find a way to go pick up the incorrect part and return it to their store ourselves. Even though it was their mistake (for the fourth time), and we had already been told they would do it. Never doing business at this location again. And going to make sure no one else we know in town does either.

I swear every time I go they either don't know what they are talking about, give me the wrong part, or just don't have what I need. Unfortunately no AutoZone up here but I always end up going to Kingsport and never have any issues.

One of their employees (Austin Barnett) came into Advance Auto in Gate City in oreilleys uniform and screamed and cussed the employees here because they couldn't make a return that he was told on the phone prior to coming up here that it couldn't be returned due to literal company policy. I would be so embarrassed to employee this guy. Disgusting behavior!

Love the guys that work here. I feel like family when I walk in. Love the chit chat helpful, informative, sometimes a ear, and they help me with the small things sometimes I'm incapable of doing. I really appreciate that about going there. I will continue to shop and go. For the familiar faces.

If I could I would give them a half of a star my reason is that my husband ordered a pulley for my lawnmower the first time it was the wrong one so we took it back and then brought the old one with us to be able to get the right one. We then were charged twice the price for them to get it shipped to them and we paid in advance. I called the day it was to be there and it wasn't they kept telling me no its not here and to call back tomorrow.. Finally after over a month we go in and the girl that works there is the only good thing about the place seen on the computer screen on the main screen that the part wasn't even ordered all they had to do was click the order button. I got a full refund & haven't been back!!
