my passenger window wouldn’t roll up. i stepped inside & spoke to Freddy. he walked to my car to see how could help. he checked fuses, switches & even took the door apart. he could get the motor to release the glass so we could pull up my window. but he honestly did more than enough. thank you Freddy for trying to help me. 10/10 customer service!

I been a customer since 2015 and Have been a loyal spend over 30,000 dollars in your retail store, employee bobby refuse to tell me my warranty that i wanted to extend and made me look stupid and embarassed me infront of clients never had i been disrepected by any of the great stores oreilly provides pls look into this type of behavior because they cost you thousands of dollars from my shop due to his character and asshole attitude
