I had them look up a part for me and order it. That ended up being the wrong part TWICE for my car and I got stranded two hours away from home because of that. When we came back to return it they said oh yeah that is the wrong part and we can't get the one you need.. He got really irritated and started being rude when I asked for my money back to order somewhere else. Will never use this store again. Poor customer service.

I purchased a few items at O'Reilly's in Lenoir a few days ago and today I went back to return those items and I had the items that were unopened not been used and I also had my receipt and I asked for a refund and he wanted my card that I paid with the card that I paid with was a prepaid Visa card that is not reloadable and I asked multiple times if there was another way that they could refund me because that card has been thrown in the trash and it doesn't work because it's not reloadable and so now they sent it to a card that I'm not able to use they said deal if take it up with corporate info if I wanted it done another way I'd have to take it up for corporate so I guess that's what I'm going to do taking it and so they sent my $65 to a card that is no longer activated. What should I do to get my $65 back

Getting the correct part that you needed when you came into the store is almost miraculous. During several purchases here, I have had to return to the store because the fitment was not right or the item number was not even the same. On a couple of occasions, this has even extended to coming back a third time. Although the staff seem interesting in solving problems, the personnel are evidently not very knowledgeable on some things as they are at other locations. Items may not match what you are told that you are receiving, and if you are picking up an order then you need to check very carefully as the wrong part is frequently sent from other store also. In any caser, check-out has been reasonably prompt and this location is easy to get in and out of there.
