I went into the store on Harmont Ave in Canton, OH looking for lug nuts on 8/30/24 @ about 9:30am-10am. The man at the counter never looked up at me. Didn't greet me or anything. I walked up and down an aisle that was facing the counter so he saw me. Never a "can I help you find something?" Another man comes out and he too acts like I'm not there. I left & went to AutoZone where customer service still exists. They had one of what I needed so I went back to O'Reilly's now that I knew what size I needed, thanks to AutoZone. Same guy is at the counter, second guy is different from my first visit. Same reaction from both of them. I wasn't even there is how they responded. I took my items to the counter. No greeting. No did you find everything. No total. No thank you. I'll never go back there. If AutoZone doesn't have it, I'll order it and wait before I go to O'Reilly and their rude, "I don't care if you're here!" culture. Sheesh.

They're really helpful, nice people and they're convenient. I stopped there to get a headlight and a key fob battery on my way home from school and they even let me change the battery right after check out in the store, I didn't have to go out of my way to go to an auto parts store as my house is close by. They had 3 people working when I was there and all 3 of them helped me out, their prices were fair and I'll definitely be going back their next time I need something for my car

I been going for years Dave and the staff are all good people they work with you never had a problem with my warranty parts and that's why I started dealing with them different part stores say don't see it sorry the system updates and lost your stuff

My visits to hear have always been ok ......till couple days ago. The female qorking tbe conter was at the leaste rude. While waiti g on me she stop un the middel of my time i stood in line for waited on another coustmer.that just walked in. From help on floor to ringing him out. My order was no petty order was above 800$ evwn if was not. Just saying i re a lly am thinking i wont shop there no more
