They broke my suspension after me spending 425$ for 1 wheel bearing and couldn't even see it, their reception pointed it out. Had my car for 2 days to just sit in their parking lot and then basically told me they should have charged me more for them having it that l9ng. After picking up my suv that was there for suspension only, as I'm driving down the highway my hood almost flew up, please tell me why they would be under the hood, when it was there for a wheel bearing and stabilizer links, myself and family could have died or seriously been injured from their neglect.

Manager communicated well the issue with my damaged tire and gave me what I thought was the best possible solution for an unexpected issue with the damaged tire. He also made me aware of a delay in service because of staff shortage. Had a scheduled 1pm appointment, scheduled online, didn't finish to around 3pm.

I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment and Ethan and the tech that was there were very friendly and made me feel comfortable in leaving my car the pricing was extremely fair I have a lot more work to have done on my car because it was damaged when it was stolen and I am definitely taking it back to them!! Only people I trust with my car

Unfortunately I took my vehicle into Firestone and had some sensors replaced because of a check engine light came on. They charged me $2400 and the light kept coming on. I went back several times and the same thing kept happening. It's just sad, if you can't fix the problem Stop charging people.

I was not greeted When I was finally helped they misplaced my keys tried giving me 3 sets of keys which were not mine before going back in the bay to get help locating them. I had to ask for my paperwork describing work performed and recommendations. I was not called to let me know my car was ready I had to call and was left on hold for over 10 minutes I had to hang up and call back. My car was parked at the end of the building on the side of a van where I could not see it. I had to come back inside and ask where my car was. The staff there is not friendly or helpful. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I will not longer take my vehicles to that location.
